Careist lists the doctors and healthcare service providers available in various geographical locations available for home visits and online consultations upon their will.

The right to discontinue with a doctor /service provider or user is our choice and by availing our services you agree to it. Neither we nor any other party provides any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information or materials found or offered in this website for any particular purpose. We exclude any responsibility or liability for any inaccuracy or errors that the information might contain.
• Helpline call /email /booking/online chat/query: The conversations being held between a user/ inquirer/ doctor/ attendant/ customer/ third party service provider/ non-user through a call or email will be recorded for internal training purposes, but Careist holds no responsibility for the validity of the information passed/ given by the doctors, service providers and user when called. Careist is only a connector of these people and both the parties on the other side are responsible for the service being provided and the service being taken.
• You acknowledge and confirm that Careist shall not be responsible for your treatment by a health care provider or be treated as a health care provider on account of collection of the consultation fees for private consultation, for any reason whatsoever.
• Requesting appointment /Responding to appointment /attending appointment: In case of change in appointment relating to time or date or not accepting appointment or not attending appointment, Careist is not responsible or does not take any liability in such cases. Careist is not liable for the availability of the doctors and service providers and is not responsible for the time taken or inconvenience caused or delay in or early arrival or not arrival or accidents while travelling or mishap in travelling or wrong destinations provided or confusion in finding the destination or time taken while holding an appointment or treatment provided during the appointment or the information provided by any of the user's during the appointment or medicines prescribed or references given by any of the parties during /before /after the interactions between the parties. All of the above is totally at the risk and responsibility of the members availing and giving the required or requested service.
• Careist does not endorse any Third Party Websites that you may be directed to from the website.
• In case an appointment is cancelled after a request for appointment has been accepted by the healthcare service provider or doctor then careist is not responsible for the inconvenience caused to the health care provider or doctor.

• All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and that you agree to maintain the accuracy of such information. You as a Registered or Non-Registered User will use the Website solely for your personal and non-commercial use. Any use of this Website or its content other than for personal purposes is prohibited.
• You will not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, share or post any information that belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any knowledge of, is harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy or is harmful to minors in any way.

• Once a home visit appointment has been accepted by the doctor or healthcare service provider and is confirmed by the user then the user is liable to pay the fees stated in the doctors profile on this website upon home visit consultation to the doctor or healthcare service provider.
• Careist will levy an advance internet handling fee for each online consultation that you have with a healthcare service provider through the website and collect the fees payable to the doctor or healthcare service provider in advance.
• A user may book an appointment with a doctor or a healthcare service provider for family members and friends and during such the user is solely responsible for the activity through his/her account or on behalf of the account of such family member or friend through which the booking has been made.
• By registering with this website and during your course of using this website you give us the permission to send you SMS’s and emails as a part of the registration and booking process. You authorize us to send you notifications and reminders for your activities on this website along with promotional messages running on the website.
• Careist does not provide any guarantee and shall not be held liable or responsible for the failure to send SMS or other notification or reminders to you as a feature of the website.
• In case of any dispute, claim, violations relating to the terms and conditions provided above, is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata only.
